Following her work in New York City with Avon and Kaplow Communications, Makenzie moved to Chicago and transitioned into the publishing and digital industries with Otherwise Incorporated, Time Out Chicago and Wrapports Media Group. She co-founded davies + dixon, an experiential marketing firm out of Seattle, Washington, in February of 2015.
