Mahum Jamal recently completed work on her first feature film, A Good Dream as a writer, producer, and director. The film won the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival awards for Best Director Feature and Best Film All Genres (April 2017) as well as being nominated for the Madrid International Film Festival. She received her film studies degree from Columbia University February 2015.
