As a Programme Manager, my work involves working closely with our clients, product managers, business and project delivery teams. As part of my role, I ensure the successful delivery of Shell products, coordination of Shell squad teams and management of products inter-dependencies.

I have been working agency side for a number of years, I started my agency life in the Account Management discipline working in various sectors. Early in my career, I was exposed to experience design and product web build which increased my passion for creating memorable, enjoyable, and simple customer experiences. Defining digital products that people love to use creates meaningful services and helps to strengthen connections with our clients and between them and their customers.
