Madaline is the lead designer at The Grommet - an e-commerce startup in Somerville. Originally wanting a career in the tiger-training business, she redirected her focus to design, obtained a BFA at SCAD in Savannah, GA, and moved to Boston. Madaline started out in advertising at Mullen, but quickly discovered a greater passion for the smaller, tech scene. She now leads a team that focuses on many design platforms from branding, marketing, wholesale and product. In her spare time, she enjoys bacon, french bulldogs and Missy Elliott.
