As a writer and translator, I have always worked explaining and translating technical content, making it easier to understand.
As an entrepreneur, I am passionate about developing and integrating efficient business processes.
During the last 10 years, I have been working in Brazil, for the IT sector, I had the chance to develop the company’s technical content strategy for its products, introduced a new methodology for knowledge management, and coordinated the team of technical writers and translators at Senior Sistemas, responsible for maintaining online help, business process manuals, implementation methodology documentation and communication for social media, as well as Bots, user manuals, and training materials for several products. One of my most recent projects integrates IBM Watson’s chatbot, SARA – Senior Automated Responsive Agent – with MadCap Flare.
In 2018, I and my team received the Human Being prize, awarded by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources, in recognition to the relevant contribution this knowledge management framework brought for the people and the organization’s development.
