Lottie is the Influencer Marketing Manager at Kaizen. For the last 7 years, Lottie has been living and breathing all things marketing. Fresh out of uni, Lottie’s first position was at a startup where she quickly established a knack for Influencer Marketing within the family blogger space. She then moved into an agency, leading both marketing and development efforts. Alongside her professional career, she is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Marketing part-time. A keen writer, Lottie has also been featured in popular industry publications such as The Drum, Creative Pool and Creative Boom.
Outside of the office, Lottie is fascinated by emerging platforms like Tik Tok and their Gen-Z audience. She is interested in exploring how younger generations will impact the future of marketing. Lottie also has a following on Twitter, where she speaks about issues in the LGBTQ+ community. A true influencer queen.
