Co-founder and principal consultant of 360 HR Solutions in Chicago, she has built trusting relationships and facilitated creative learning programs that deliver results for over 50 clients and thousands of employees. Liu’s 14-year professional training career has included roles such as Director of Training & Development, and she has consulted widely in a variety of sectors. Her training specialties include leadership development, diversity & inclusion, change management, instructional design and facilitation. Liu is True Colors®, Growth Wheel®, Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI™) and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI™) certified. Her facilitation style is engaging, entertaining and highly interactive, enabling participants to quickly integrate the new learning for immediate application in their workplace. Liu combines her extensive real-life experience with high level training and qualifications to offer a first-class service to clients. She is experienced in coaching at all levels, including senior executives, and has been successful in applying blended instructional design techniques and methodologies using multiple virtual and face-to-face delivery methods. Liu is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at National Louis University.
