    Lisi Schappi is Global Head of Design at Deputy, the Sydney-based workforce management software startup that has witnessed rapid user, employee and revenue growth over the past 12 months.

    Since Lisi joined Deputy back in 2012, she has helped the firm embrace design as a way to drive business growth and ultimately become Australia’s largest Series B funded startup. To date, over 1.2 million users across Australia, the US and the UK have used Deputy’s tools, either as a business or employee and the firm now has 340 employees across three countries.

    Lisi specialises in combining design and technology expertise, two areas which have traditionally been dominated by men. She is passionate about empowering women in the technology industry, particularly when it comes to boosting the number of females in positions of leadership.
