I fell in love with data and the stories contained therein many years ago while a student at the University of Washington working on my Bachelors in Molecular Biology. Discovering I could create a model and find a future story with machine learning algorithms that could be used in a predictive manner with which I could tell a story that hasn't happened yet is beyond amazing.
One day I hope to use my skills as a Data Scientist to help people live their happiest and healthiest lives possible by maximizing their genetic potential through lifestyle choices. This can be achieved by allowing them the multitudes of benefits that come from knowing exactly what hand you were dealt genetically and making daily choices from that space. Knowledge of self at a molecular level is empowering and essential.
