I am Lisa Kennedy, a dance artist and choreographer based in Lanarkshire, Scotland. In 2019 I decided to create The Braw and The Brave, a podcast about people and their passions. I am fascinated by folks who love what they do and do what they love. The art of good conversation and sharing stories to inspire, move and motivate others is something I value, so I decided to start a project where I interview others on why their passions in life are so important to them.
I absolutely love podcasting. I’m no guru and I’m very much still learning but over the last year and a half of producing The Braw and The Brave I have been able to pick up new skills, develop existing ones and have found a way to do it that works for me.
Podcasts are a fantastic way to share ideas, build connections and communicate your message to the world. Whether you fancy starting a passion project from home or work for an organisation who want to add a podcast to their repertoire, I can offer some insight into how I created my podcast to help kickstart your own podcasting adventure.
