San Francisco
Lindsey is the Office Manager at Lever, a recruiting software company headquartered in San Francisco. Her passion lies in creating an engaging workplace culture and inclusive environment where employees are able to bring their full selves to work regardless of how they identify.
Beyond her day-to-day role, she started an Employee Resource Group focused on raising awareness of and destigmatizing different abilities, especially non-visible ones such as mental health and chronic pain. Her goal is to mitigate societal biases by providing education and resources to the workplace. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lesley University in Holistic Psychology and passionately pursues speaking opportunities on topics such as mental health and wellbeing at work, navigating (dis)ability conversations, and self-advocacy.
Originally from Iowa, Lindsey left the Midwest behind and has lived all over the United States, from Missouri to Massachusetts and most recently Northern California. She has strong opinions on casseroles and the constant evolution of language.
