Lindsay Weickert, current Talent Acquisition Lead at Victory Lap and former Director of Talent at BUILDERS VC, recruits and develops some of Chicago's top sales and tech talent. A graduate of Miami University in Ohio, Lindsay's passion for talent development stemmed from her interest in social psychology, where she studied how individuals are influenced by the presence of others. Paired with her fascination in management and leadership, Lindsay has placed her talent in some of Chicago's top companies, including ActiveCampaign, OfficeLuv, and Paro. In the end, Lindsay wants the talent she works with to be successful, and to find their true potential. Outside of the office, Lindsay can be found walking her pup Ellie, volunteering with Spark Ventures, and training for the 2018 Chicago Marathon.
