Lily Chen
Lily is currently working at Commonwealth Bank Australia as a Senior Manager who leads a professional team to deliver data and BI solutions to optimise business performance. She has a wide range of technical skills and industry knowledge across Finance, Contact Centre Operations, Life Insurance, Telecomm and Media.
Her mixed skillsets (IT, Media, and Design) made her a unique data analytic leader who is capable to delivery end to end data analytics needs from data management to data visualisation and business insights. Over the past 10 years, Lily had delivered various types of data analytics projects with different sizes i.e. small scope business insights, and large scale analytics modelling implementation into CRM system.
Lily is new to GA and very keen to leverage her knowledge and experience to guide those who are interested in Data Analytics domain to find their data magics and develop their career path.
