Previously, she led a research and strategy business working with organizations including the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Civic Innovation, American Express, and the Kauffman Foundation. She leverages her foundations in qualitative research to apply social science and design thinking methodologies to understand people and the contexts in which they interact.
