Lauren is a UX Immersive lead instructor and digital consultant. She designs products and processes, specializing in usability, information architecture, content strategy, and service design. For over 20 years, she's led UX and product teams that design, build, and optimize ecommerce and enterprise experiences. When she's not teaching at GA, Lauren is probably watching Star Trek or Drag Race.
In recognition of her exemplary service in the classroom, Lauren has been selected as a member of General Assembly's Distinguished Faculty program.
