Kristina Freeman is Co-Founder of Grow Your Mind, Mental Health Social Venture and certified BCorp. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Chinese Medicine and has over 10 years clinical experience, with a particular passion and focus on paediatric health and emotional wellbeing. A mother of two, Kristina experienced first hand the increasing mental health challenges many younger Australians face and felt inspired to develop ways to support her family, her patients, and the wider community. This led to her joining forces with Primary School Teacher Alice Peel and founding Grow Your Mind in 2017.
Currently Kristina is getting her hands dirty in true start-up fashion working across all sides of the business at Grow Your Mind. An area she is particularly fond of is partnerships and community outreach. She has been very fortunate to have been chosen to be part of the 2018 Sefa/Macquarie Kickstarter program, and selected as one of the inaugral Australian SheEO Ventures. Kristina has enjoyed invaluable mentorship via these opportunities to help navigate these exciting times.
