    Senior Product Design Researcher, Intuit

    San Diego

Kristina Eastham is a Senior Product Design Research at Intuit where she helps design teams understand humans and design better products in the tax and finance space.

She began her circuitous career journey as a reporter at a mountain town newspaper before realizing that working a desk job on a powder day was crushing her spirit. She spent the next couple years skiing during the day and managing a ski shop at night.

Once she decided to get a grown-up job, she meandered through roles in event planning, PR and digital strategy on the agency side, and running digital strategy at a professional services firm before returning to grad school.

Kristina received her Masters in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University in 2017 and transitioned from marketing strategy into product design. She firmly believes that every single job she’s had played a role in getting her where she is today; a role she seriously considers her dream job.

In addition to switching careers, her other hobbies include biking, skiing, playing ultimate frisbee and reading books she checks out from the library.
