Kristi works to ensure the smooth functioning of TransferWise’s operations with banks across APAC region, leading several teams across Tallinn and Singapore to make that happen. Prior to starting at TransferWise, Kristi worked for Nordea and Swedbank, two of the largest Nordic banks. In Nordea she was working on risk and portfolio management for private banking customers. Kristi then worked for Swedbank, where she was in charge of surveying the regulatory landscape of the Baltics for Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (LC&I). In 2015, she followed her heart and drive for constant challenge and decided to pursue a new career in fintech industry. She has not looked back ever since. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
