She controls internal finances for YC, and helps YC Startups with outside financings, incorporation, tax issues, and other fiscal matters. She also serves as an accounting advisor, demo day coordinator, and even mediator at times. Before joining the YC team, she worked for 8 years as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
