Kimberly is co-founder of Canary, a mission-driven company that designed Grant Circle, a platform to deliver employees financial relief efficiently and with dignity in times of need. A social worker at heart, she is passionate about collaborating with organizations to create sustainable solutions to support the financial well being of their workforce.

With expertise in financial services, credit, payments, underbanked consumers, and financial health, Kimberly partners with clients to launch their organizations own Grant Circle, Canary's employer and employee-funded platform for emergency relief funds.

Prior to Canary, Kimberly spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles with the Financial Health Network (then, the Center for Financial Services Innovation, CFSI). As the original driver of their consulting business, Kimberly has unparalleled experience advising enterprises large and small on developing products and services to build financial security.
