Khatija is the founder of Moxy, the first platform in Asia that makes it easy for women to evaluate their employers anonymously and rate how female friendly and inclusive their workplace environments are. Having started her career in the corporate world over a decade ago and listening to stories of other like minded career driven women around her, she has gained a deep understanding of the key enablers and challenges faced by women in workplaces and is now on a mission to drive structural changes to build better, equitable and inclusive workplaces for women. And if that wasn't enough, her two ambitious daughters keep her on her toes to create a world where more women can reach leadership positions and don't have to choose between their work and their life anymore.
