Kerry O'Shea is a Diversity Program Manager in People Operations (HR) at Google. He is based in Singapore, and helps drive new diversity and inclusion initiatives across APAC. For his first 7 years at Google, he was a Staffing Lead, managing a team of recruiters covering Southeast Asia (10x workforce growth over this period) and at times, Japan, China, and India. Prior to this, Kerry worked in recruitment and HR across the biotech, investment banking, technology, and executive search sectors, in both Japan and Singapore. At Google he regularly facilitates training workshops for sales, engineering and other groups, typically around topics like diversity, mission, culture, strategy, change, and team effectiveness. Kerry also runs trainings for external venture company CEOs and founders as part of Google’s Launchpad Accelerator.
