Kelsey Meidell (she/her) is a Senior Engineering Manager on the Employer product team at Handshake. She has a BS in Computer Science from a small liberal arts college and has worked as an individual contributor and manager at several different companies over the course of her 10 year career in software. She has been a part of organizations that range from 20 engineers to 1000, and managed teams as small as 4 and as large as 18. Her passion is creating strong, engaged, inclusive teams and helping her teammates build the careers they want. When not trying to optimize engineering organizations, she can usually be found training for a triathlon or other 6+ hour long race or hiking and camping with her dog.
