Kelly serves as the Chief Impact Officer of Colorado Technology Association (CTA). In this role, Kelly aligns the organization around new strategies and innovative approaches to deepen and accelerate CTA’s impact and ensure an integrated approach to community impact efforts.
Kelly is passionate about facilitating connections and community building. Prior to her role at CTA, Kelly held leadership positions with the Colorado Innovation Network at the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Kelly is also the co-founder of KIN, a community that helps professional women in Denver connect and be the leaders they want to be.
Kelly currently serves on the advisory board of the Colorado Smart City Alliance, is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Women’s Council and formerly served on the Leadership Team for CityBuild Denver and Mile High United Way Emerging Leaders. Kelly has been recognized as a Denver Business Journal "40 Under 40" awardee (2015) and Denver Metro Leadership Foundation Impact Denver Alumni of the Year (2017).
Kelly is a first-generation college graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
