Kelly spent more than a decade in the fashion and entertainment industries where she launched national campaigns and shaped global offices for brands like Rebecca Minkoff and Halston. She also created strategic partnerships and charitable initiatives for BCBG and H.E.L.P. Malawi Foundation to build schools in Malawi and brought Vanity Fair, Brioni and Artists for Peace & Justice’s together to aid development projects in Haiti. In 2013 she launched Main and Rose, the elite communications firm known for an all female team of senior publicists, agents and managers who help brands like Motorola, Vivienne Westwood, Room + Board, and A-List celebrities excel. Kelly concurrently is a Features Editor at Coco Eco Magazine.
