Kelli Palm is the lead product manager of kiosk solutions at CityBase, working with government and utility payment kiosk clients. In her four years with the company, she has managed kiosk product development from platform redesign, hardware and device selections, user experience, and implementation model. When working in the utility and government space she understands that the first experience matters and customers must feel confident about using technology to interact with their utility provider or government. She has over a decade in the field and is currently pursuing a master's in Product Design and Development Management at Northwestern University.
