Katie Donohue joined HubSpot in 2011 as a salesperson, transitioned to recruiting in 2012, and now leads their Sales Recruiting Team. She's helped scale HubSpot's team from 150 people to 1400 employees globally and brings considerable knowledge and insight in developing innovative and effective recruitment strategies. She also has experience working in the technology vendor world within Forrester Research, agency recruiting experience with Hollister Staffing as well as exposure to benefits management as the Human Resources Manager with Anheuser Busch's local Boston branch.
