Katharine Molloy is currently a designer working on marketing and events at Vox Media; publisher of Vox, Polygon, The Verge, SB Nation, Eater, Racked, and Curbed. She studied at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, where she almost doubled majored in Art History and Graphic Design before she came to her senses.
While at Vox Media, she has worked on advertising, the Eater Awards, and the 2014 Year in Review. She believes that internet advertising can be as beautiful as print and good design happens when you've managed to communicate an idea to someone without calling their attention to it.
In this 8-week part-time course, students learn the tools, theory, and practical techniques needed to create visually stunning designs.
