Kate Moyle is a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist who encourages open conversations about real sex, and believes in helping people to discover what a healthy, happy sex life looks like for them. Her practice is based in Central London, and among other things focus's on helping people to manage the high expectations that they have of themselves, and the impact of the pressures they feel are influencing their sexual and intimate lives.
Alongside her work as a Psychosexual Therapist she helped Co-Found Pillow Couples App (www.pillow.io) which helps couples to connect using technology, ironically in a way that turns couples away from their screens and encourages completely focusing on each other. The app has unique audio-guided episodes for couples which encourage connecting with different elements of intimacy.
