Kate Linton

Kate started her career as a print designer, working in branding, packaging, advertising and publishing. She made the transition to digital in 1998, just in time to experience the .com crash. She has over 20 years experience in visual communications, interaction design, user experience, prototyping, branding, information architecture, customer research and user testing.
Kate's design is motivated by delivering experiences that customers can use with ease. She has adopted continuous design practices since joining ThoughtWorks, which has helped her to incorporate regular and timely customer feedback into her work.
Kate is a mentor for young designers and enjoys sharing her skills and experience with others.
