Kate has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and 7 years developing customer success strategies for startups and small businesses. The recent growth of "fit-tech" illustrated the need for sophisticated customer experiences within the fitness technology realm which allowed Kate to focus on helping companies optimize and scale their customer education and support efforts. As a former gym manager, fitness coach, and 5x CrossFit Games athlete, Kate brings a breadth of expertise to customer success organizations.
