She is experienced in designing products, processes, services and environments with the end user’s experience and organisational capabilities at the core. She uses design thinking to connect touch points between people, brands, ideas and emotions in the physical and digital world with a background in spatial design and service design.
Kara has worked across a number of industries from health care to logistics. She has helped some of Australia’s biggest brands reimagine how they deliver value to their customers and how they support that internally. She loves the beach and has a keen appreciation for mid-century furniture.
