Julian Sirkin is a software Developer at Wayfair, but before changing careers, he spent 7 years working as a chef in upscale restaurants. Despite changing careers to have a more balanced life, his love of food has not diminished, so he runs Sirkin Supper Club as a way to keep connected with food.

Sirkin Supper Club club serves multi-course upscale restaurant-style meals in a non-traditional setting. By only opening for one night at a time and keeping guest count limited, Julian and his team are able to focus on what they enjoy best about hospitality like creating unique dishes and special guest experience, while not becoming overburdened by the day-to-day operation of a full restaurant.
