Julia is a Customer Insights Analyst for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. She specialises in customer segmentation and targeting. Julia uses internal and 3rd party data sources to improve customer experience and amplify the voice of the customer.

When she’s not at work, Julia’s an MBA candidate and Teaching Assistant at Melbourne Business School. In a former life Julia worked in digital as a producer and social media manager. She enjoys wine, movies and podcasts; probably in that order.
