Jules is a user experience designer and customer
She spent the first three years
of her career cutting her teeth at Deloitte Digital, one of the
leading consulting and design agencies in Australia, learning to
deliver design solutions at both a strategic and practical level.
Throughout her career, she has had the unique pleasure of
working with world class brands, ranging from start ups to
large-scale projects with some of Australia’s leading
organisations including ANZ, Telstra, Australia Post,
EnergyAustralia and Yammer (Microsoft).
Since departing Deloitte Digital in 2013, Jules has spent her
time exploring the world, collaborating on projects in
Melbourne, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Nashville and Boulder.
Jules is inquisitive by nature with a determination to learn
about human motivation and how it navigates online
behaviour. An analytical thinker, she believes in delivering
meaningful and ground-breaking experiences to the world –
this includes finding user needs, building empathy, absorbing
data, iterating on and ideas articulated through stories, visuals
and delivering beautiful designs to the world.
