Boston
Josie Elias’ focus on technology design and usability arose from many years in small business and disaster response. As Program Manager for Digital Health Innovation, within the Brigham Digital Innovation Hub, she has the pleasure of working with innovators across Brigham Health to build and implement digital innovations from research apps, to indoor positioning, and to startup collaborations.
Elias believes that technology should be a tool for clinicians to simplify their work, And not the work itself. She brings over 20+ years of experience in business development, product design and manufacturing, as well as disaster response at both small and large organizations. Josie received her MBA from Cornell University and MPH from George Washington University. In her spare time, she is COML/ITSL for the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue system.
