Jonathan leads the ASEAN chatbot practice at Accenture, and has delivered several chatbots to clients in the region. Working in Australia and now based in Singapore, he has end to end hands on delivery experience in chatbots and analytics, and drives customer centred design in digital solutions. He spends his spare time reflecting on philosophy, playing tennis and jamming on his guitar.
