In the last 20 years, John's had the opportunity and privilege to work on and for some of Australia’s leading brands. On the client-side, this includes Coles, Kraft, Cadbury, Fonterra and Detpak. On the agency side, he has led the business at research agency Synovate and creative agency Disegno before leaving to help found One Small Step Collective.

John leads the Crimson Hexagon partnership in Australia/NZ and helps educate and inform Australian business on how they can utilise Social Insights for themselves, and the betterment of their marketing, product and customer communications.
