John is an Australian wanderer who can’t function without coffee. Dabbling in design, he has overcome his quarter life crisis where he is now working as Partnerships Manager for tech education company General Assembly London. There, he helps to organise and curate events by using his experience in both customer service and the creative industry. On the side, John is also the creator for LGBT publication & community A Bundle of Sticks- a chance for like-minded people to share their stories and hardships, letting them be heard to support and inspire others who feel frightened and scared to come out of the closet.
Before making the big move to London, John gained his experience in publication for sexual diversity magazine Archer, LGBT role model for The Reach Foundation, graphic designer for Snap Fitness, Watch & Grow and Oracle Creative Media, as well as lastly developing leadership skills as a supervisor for retail companies New Look and Kmart Australia.
