Joel made a career change into software development six years ago

after previously working in financial services. His focus has been

primarily on JavaScript and other front end technologies. As a long

time Denver area resident, he enjoys spending time with family,

golfing, bicycling, and other outdoor recreation. He is also learning

guitar and may play in public some day. He earned a B.A. in English

Literature and an MBA with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.
