Having started his career in Tech / Customer Support and risen up the startup ranks to Product Management, Joel brings a heavy user-focused approach to his craft. His blossoming career across multiple companies in the NYC tech ecosystem is hallmarked by relentless, data-influenced drive towards needle-moving business outcomes. As a fun fact, Joel was General Assembly's Product Manager responsible for the very Product Management course he now teaches! His passion for perfecting his craft and watching others do the same makes Joel one of GA's most enthusiastic and encouraging instructors.
