I'm Head of Community at Blackbird Ventures - a Sydney based VC. We invest in everything from SaaS to Space. Notable investments include Canva, Zoox, Safety Culture and Culture Amp. I run our portfolio community, our LP community and a bunch of education programs for High School and University kids. Before Blackbird I founded a talent management company called Umbrella. We managed bands! Our artists were platinum selling and playing 5000 capacity venues. I was also Festival Director and Founder of Sydney Craft Beer Week. We had about 130 beer events over a week in Sydney. In 2010 beer in Sydney was terrible and I just couldn't handle it. I live in the country with my family 👨👩👧👧 - town is called Orange.
