    As a self-declared people strategy and ops nerd, Jocelyn is obsessed with finding that sweet spot between business and people. She is currently the Director of People Strategy and Operations for MassChallenge, leading a small team responsible for "soup to nuts" HR operations and people strategy. In this role Jocelyn is setting a foundation of strong people practices to support a growing global organization and to enhance a culture that is crazy about startups.

    Prior to MassChallenge Jocelyn worked at customer agency, C Space, for 6 years on their human resources team. She was responsible for compensation, employee engagement, recognition and rewards, performance management and innovations in talent development. Prior to C Space Jocelyn worked at HR software and services companies Salary.com and Kenexa, first in a client facing role and then internally on the HR teams at both organizations. Jocelyn studied management and human resources at James Madison University.
