Jocelyn is a "best of both worlds" resource for new product design and delivery. She has depth experience working with both startups and large firms, with technical product management, as well as traditional marketing. Today, Jocelyn is lead partner of START|MACHINA, an advisory services company for product design, management and delivery.
Jocelyn’s experience includes several startups including; The Adrenaline Group, Linuxcare, Inc., with David LaDuke, a former VP Marketing Apple under Steve Jobs, and Juice Software founded by Charles Ferguson founder of FrontPage. A product manager for Microsoft Office, she was on the first SharePoint product design team, and owned Proofing Tools. You can think of Jocelyn when you see the little red squiggly line for Spell Check.
As Senior Director of New Product Management and Development for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Jocelyn owned, designed and launched products that are industry standards, processing over $500 billion loans annually and capturing petabytes of data. Jocelyn has a B.A. from Wellesley College in Philosophy and English, and an M.B.A. McDonough School of Business Georgetown.
