Jo McCatty is a Founder of Protoscience, a Head of P&C at Total Synergy and the Head of APAC for Not for Profit start up - Jobs for Humanity.

Having worked across people functions in the UK, EU, APAC and Australian markets, Jo has expertise and a core focus and mission to elevate people through their careers. This is done through the 3 hats she wears and they are all interconnected in making sure people are always striving to be the best versions of themselves.

As Head of P&C in a SaaS business, the drivers for success are determined by having people in front of mind in the organization; balancing risk, managing all things talent, internal mobility, wellbeing as well as hiring the future employees to join the mission.

As a Head of APAC it is leading the way in the market to connect welcoming employers to under represented talent. Diversity matters.

As a woman and a leader herself, Jo also loves elevating the voices of fellow women to be able to step into their leadership capability. She believes that this will in turn inspire the current and future generations, enhance diversity and solve the inadequacy of women at the C - suite. She does this through her Women in Leadership Program.
