Jian Wei is a Product Designer at Zendesk. He works on the Zendesk Chat product and was involved in the Zendesk + Zopim integration during the Zopim acquisition. He enjoys solving complex interfaces by simplifying visual languages so users can connect with their devices in a more personal way. When he's not in-front of the screen, he cycles around Singapore.
