Jess brings a combination of service design and visual design to Huddle. She has experience working with both government and corporate clients across multiple Huddle projects, where she brings thoughtful, creative and meaningful solutions to each unique client context.
Jess most recently applied her communication design skills to create the report for Voices of Hope after co-facilitating design research workshops. Earlier this year, she worked on a design project with the Victorian Electoral Commission seeking to understand the needs and expectations of citizens regarding digital engagement and democracy, so that the client could define a clear digital strategy from a human-centred perspective.
