Human-centred design (HCD) is about understanding people’s needs so you can design and deliver great customer experiences that are rooted in those needs. As well as illuminating the customers’ perspective, human-centred design also allows you to deeply understand the problem you’re trying to solve and come up with effective solutions. In this workshop, you’ll have an introduction to HCD and practically learn and apply the design process to a ‘customer experience’ challenge. We'll work in groups and take on 'designer' and 'customer' roles and work through a design process.
