Jessica is fuelled by her passion and genuine love for human resources, networking and connecting with others. That same year, she received the LinkedIn Power Profile – Top 5 HR Professionals award across Australia.
Since then she has been running her business Positive HR and continuously seeking ways to challenge status quo in HR and reinvent the wheel. This has transpired into further achievements including; AHRI Emerging Leaders Committee Member in 2018 and Co-Convenor of AHRI Committee 2019 and 2020.
