Jessica Berliner is a Director of Engineering at HCL Software where she is responsible for evangelizing cloud native strategies, delivering an innovative HCL Software platform and delightful customer experiences across the HCL Software portfolio. Before joining HCL, Jessica was at IBM where she held a variety of leadership roles across the enterprise software business including customer support, program management, business operations, and product engineering.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bates College and was a Medical Physicist in the Radiation Oncology Department at Massachusetts General Hospital for the first part of her career. She went on to earn a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Computer Systems from Northeastern University and joined Rational Software as a Technical Support Engineer during the dot-com boom.
